it is ~ that 강조구문은 특정 내용을 강조하기 위해 사용된다.
it is 와 that 사이에 강조내용을 넣으면 된다.
it is [강조내용] that 
해석은 '그것이 바로 ~이다' 
또는 it is that을 빼고 강조내용을 신경써서 해석하면 된다.

예를들어

Tom을 강조하려면

-주어가 짧을 경우 동사랑 같이 해석한다.
